Which industries do you typically work with?
Smart-city and public-sector projects, industrial and manufacturing sites, commercial real estate and retail operators, and logistics and transport. The unifying need across them is integrated video, IoT, network and security systems that have to run reliably.
Do you provide ongoing support after deployment?
Yes. Most engagements include a maintenance and support agreement covering scheduled servicing, firmware management, monitoring and a defined response time for incidents.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope. Small to mid-size deployments run a few weeks; multi-site or smart-city engagements run several months. We give a realistic timeline as part of the design phase, not before it.
Can you integrate with existing systems?
Usually, yes. We work with open standards (ONVIF, RTSP, MQTT, LoRaWAN, SNMP, REST APIs) and build integration adapters when a clean handshake isn't already available.
Do you handle training for the operations team?
Operator and administrator training is part of every deployment, tailored to the system and the team running it.
Where are you based?
Pakkret, Nonthaburi. We work with clients across Thailand and travel to site as required.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We routinely sign NDAs before reviewing drawings, RFPs or sensitive site information.
